Welcome to the World Bank Group Speaker's Bureau!
We meet with visitors from around the world to Group headquarters in Washington D.C. The Speaker's Bureau serves as the official liaison between the World Bank Group and its visitors such as: students and teachers, youth organizations, business leaders, governmental representatives, and other professionals. It also responds to invitations to conferences and participates in guest lectures. Last year, the Speaker’s Bureau reached over 20,0001 visitors. 2016
World Bank Group Presentations
briefings to visiting groups of more than 20 participants on select Mondays. Visitors receive a 1 hour lecture on the history of the World Bank Group and its mission, structure, leadership, financial mechanisms, results and challenges in international development. Presentations are followed by a Q&A and discussion session.
